2026–27 School Year | Full-Time | W-2 | Vallejo / Martinez / San Pablo Area, CA | URGENT At a Glance $78/hour on W2, Medical, Dental & Vision, Dedicated Clinical Team Sign-On Bonus, 401(k) with Company Match, IEP & Assessment Support Relocation Assistance*, Paid Sick Leave, Mentorship & Professional Development ASHA Reimbursement & CEU Support, Caseload Advocacy & District Collaboration *Where applicable Position Details School Year: 2026–27 Setting: In-person, school-based positions across the Vallejo, Martinez, and San Pablo area (Solano & Contra Costa Counties) Caseload: [##] students Grade Levels: [TK–12 / Elementary / Secondary] Employment: W-2, Full-Time Interviewing Now: Start as soon as possible Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy to school-age students Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Position Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP License School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills CCC preferred (provides opportunities to supervise SLPAs) CF Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Completion of required academic and clinical coursework Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) Eligible for, or able to obtain, the appropriate California SLP/CF licensure or authorization Strong communication and collaboration skills Why VerbaCare?
