Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

AristaCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in resident care.

Shift Availability: FT/PT - 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administering and supervising medications
Monitoring residents’ health status and reporting changes
Assessing residents’ physical and mental conditions
Developing and implementing individualized care plans
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
Leading by example to ensure high standards of care
Taking appropriate action to address resident care needs

Requirements:

Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification
IV certification (preferred)
Long-term care experience (preferred)
