About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Strategy & Transformation group. This is a pivotal role that demands a professional with a strong background in strategic and transformational initiatives, particularly within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-stakes, cross-functional projects that are of the utmost importance to the organization. This includes partnering with C-suite executives to define and execute strategic and transformational plans that often span multiple business lines and geographies. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate and influence at the highest levels. Candidates for the Vice President position must have an MBA from a top-ranked business school and a proven track record of exceptional achievement. The ideal candidate will have a background in one of the following: 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, 6+ years in management or operational consulting, or 8+ years in investment banking or financial services strategy. Key competencies include the ability to construct and execute structured frameworks for problem-solving, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and a strong focus on leadership, teamwork, and client orientation. The role is not for the faint-hearted; it demands a professional who can lead with confidence, mentor junior team members, and is adept at managing and resolving challenges in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
