About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President of Strategy to play a key role in the execution of operations integration and business growth strategy initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing program management and competitive benchmarking support for major business transformation projects, including new product development and implementation, and fund administration services onboarding. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to work collaboratively across business functions, and experience in the investment management industry with a focus on AI/ML capabilities for market research, technology, and operations. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President of Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, a minimum of 5-6 years' of overall experience, and at least 3 years' in a top-tier investment management or consulting firm in a product development and strategy capacity. The role demands a high level of intellectual curiosity, a proactive and independent work ethic, and a strong commitment to delivering results. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills, as well as strong project and process management abilities. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional program management, identifying and mitigating risks, and partnering with various teams to define and prioritize business requirements that support strategic transformation and technology enablement. The role also involves performing market research, supporting competitive benchmarking, and assisting in the design of cross-functional processes to support business growth.
