CNC Machinist — 2nd Shift
Client: Confidential Aerospace Manufacturing Company
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.
Pay: $28.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Workplace: On-Site
Produce precision aerospace components using CNC turning equipment with milling capability. This position combines machine setup, production, and part inspection in a quality-focused shop.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and operate CNC lathes with 3–5-axis milling capability.
- Use drawings and manufacturing instructions to plan tooling and setups.
- Retrieve existing programs and make minor adjustments at the control.
- Check initial and production parts with precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain output and quality while monitoring assigned machines.
- Keep workstations organized and follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Approximately five years of CNC machining experience preferred.
- Practical setup, blueprint interpretation, and dimensional inspection skills.
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Aerospace machining experience preferred.
Initial training may occur on day shift. Confirm training arrangements and workdays during screening. Applicants must meet applicable work-authorization and export-control requirements.
