Job Description:

Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to lead a dynamic team in a supportive and vibrant environment? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool and ensure a nurturing and enriching experience for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preschool operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and stay informed on industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood setting.
• In-depth knowledge of state licensing regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
