Vacation Sales Specialist - (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities Provide expert assistance to guests and offer additional options to help members plan and book vacations. Recommend personalized services and upgrades that elevate the guest experience and ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand guests' preferences and deliver personalized recommendations. Exceed quality phone standards and consistently meet or surpass monthly performance targets. Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting how they can derive maximum value from our offerings. Ensure outstanding service delivery for all products and services, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. Take ownership of metrics and outcomes, embracing accountability for your performance. Requirements Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology. Willingness to learn and develop sales skills to promote & sell our products/services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in sales in a contact center environment is required. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Openness to training and development opportunities. Must successfully complete and clear the company ’ s comprehensive background screening process as a condition of employment. Attire Business casual attire is required for this role reflecting a polished appearance. Compensation $22.00 per hour + commission.
