About Encore Landscape Management Named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work by Lawn and Landscape Magazine One of the fastest-growing full-service commercial landscape companies in the Southwest About the Role The Enhancement Specialist acts as a landscape consultant responsible for driving new project opportunities and additional services for existing commercial landscaping accounts. This role reports to the Enhancement Manager and performs site assessments, creates proposals, consults with client success specialists on client needs, and works closely with operations teams to ensure projects are executed properly, on budget, and to client satisfaction. What You’ll Do Sales & Business Development Identifies enhancement and renovation opportunities for existing client properties Performs initial site assessments for new properties and contributes to property start‑up packages and budgets Creates comprehensive proposals for new projects including scoping, pricing, and illustrations, consistently within company standards Serves as landscape consultant to determine client needs and provide recommendations working closely with client success specialists Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual enhancement revenue targets Develops client budgets for enhancement‑related work, projecting work timelines, requirements, and revenue Creates and submits proposals aligned with established client budgets Client Relations & Communication Maintains effective communication with client success specialists and operations teams Ensures proper follow‑ups occur on proposed projects, coordinating with client success specialists for client satisfaction Performs prompt and proper follow‑up on outstanding items working closely with client success specialists to ensure client satisfaction Collaborates with Enhancement Manager on complex client needs and project requirements Supports seamless project handoff from sales to field operations Provides technical expertise and landscape consultation support to client success specialists for client communications Project Management & Operations Support Coordinates with Enhancement Field Supervisors and operations teams to ensure proper project execution Monitors project progress and quality to ensure delivery meets client expectations and budget parameters Participates in weekly meetings to review progress and pipeline development Provides technical expertise and recommendations for enhancement project executionSupports project troubleshooting and client issue resolution Administrative & Reporting Utilizes company CRM and Google Workspace tools effectively for pipeline management and reporting Maintains accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project status Reports regularly to Enhancement Manager on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance Uses Slack for all internal communications and project coordination Other duties as assigned based on business needs and strategic initiatives. What You’ll Need to Succeed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in proposal development and client communications Highly responsive follow‑through and attention to detail Ability to build relationships, assess client needs, and negotiate project terms Motivated by goals and revenue targets with proven ability to work toward measurable outcomes Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack (for all internal communications and workflows), and CRM systems Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Horticulture, landscape services, or related industry experience Experience in commercial landscaping enhancement or construction sales Knowledge of landscape design principles and plant materials Previous experience with proposal development and project scoping Understanding of commercial property maintenance and enhancement needs Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships and project pipelines simultaneously while maintaining focus on revenue generation and client satisfaction What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off) A company vehicle and gas card (subject to the approval of insurance, background check, and driving record) A company laptop and cell phone Ready to Grow With Us?
