Territory Manager

Territory Manager | Surgical Medical Device Sales Join a rapidly growing medical device organization focused on delivering innovative surgical solutions to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare providers. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow market share, develop new business, and support clinical customers throughout an established territory. What You'll Do: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow territory revenue and expand market share. Build relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, materials management, and key decision-makers. Identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Provide in-service training, product demonstrations, and clinical support during surgical procedures. Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and product implementation. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to strengthen market presence. Consistently exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and account management. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of outside B2B or medical device sales experience. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing new business. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in operating room environments and supporting clinical procedures. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage a territory independently. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
