Information Technology Help Desk Technician

We're hiring an IT Service Desk / Support Technician for a 13-week contract with a major hospital system in Kansas City, KS. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer-service mindset and solid troubleshooting skills to gain healthcare IT experience. Schedule: Rotating – 8 days on/2 days off, then 7 days on/4 days off Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, remote access, and in person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. New grads welcome! Candidates with an associate degree in computer systems or a related field are encouraged to apply. If you don't have the degree, 2 years of relevant IT experience will also qualify you. Associate degree in computer systems or related field, OR 2+ years of equivalent IT experience Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to support users across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, remote, in-person) Microsoft Windows Certification, or willingness to obtain within first 6 months Previous call center or service desk experience Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment Experience documenting service tickets and working within SLAs Experience providing basic technical training to end users #J-18808-Ljbffr IMCS LLC
