Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome • Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem! We teach in-house!) Compensation: $100,500 at plan earnings
