Food Service Manager

Lunds & Byerlys St Louis Park is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Food Service Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50-$27.25/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-7:00pm, with a 4:00am shift required per month for inventory.

Food Service Manager Responsibilities

Our Food Service Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Developing daily and weekly menus
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Evaluating and ensuring product quality and selection
• Analyzing financials
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department

Minimum Qualifications

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership
3. Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts, strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations, strong understanding of retail operations, computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
