The LRB is seeking a motivated individual to provide outstanding customer service to the diverse customers we serve. Under general supervision of the Supervising Program Technician II, and in accordance with established procedures, you will work in LRB's License Sales Unit, performing the more difficult program specialist work as a journey level technician. This position may be eligible for a telework opportunity in accordance with departmental policies and operational needs. Beginning July 1, 2026, employees will be required to work in-person at least four (4) days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25. Additional in-office days may be required based on operational needs.

This position is a 12-month Limited Term (LT) and may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.

Working Conditions

Requires the use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse for several hours a day and answering phones on a continuous basis. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
