Production Worker (Assembly) - Manufacturing

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team specializing in tire and wheel assembly. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Job Duties

Assemble tire and wheel components according to work instructions and customer specifications
Mount, inflate, and balance tire and wheel assemblies
Identify and verify correct parts and materials for production
Read and follow detailed work instructions, production guidelines, and safety procedures
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
Enter production-related information into computer systems as required
Maintain continuous production while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of manufacturing, assembly, or factory experience required
Ability to read and follow written instructions and specifications
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attendance record and reliability
Commitment to workplace safety and established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts in a production environment
Physical stamina to meet the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Schedule

Full-time position
First Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
