Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer-Focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in inside sales, construction supply, retail sales, or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the face of our branch—assisting customers, processing orders, supporting outside sales, and driving revenue through excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, email, and in-person sales counter
• Provide product recommendations and upsell additional materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and customers
• Manage and follow up on open orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Enter and track fabrication orders, special orders, and returns
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accuracy
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom
• Assist with inventory counts and stock accuracy
• Promote company products and services to drive sales growth

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of inside sales, counter sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Construction, industrial, or building materials experience preferred
