Director of Operations
SBC Executive Committee
Redeemer Kansas City is a church of roughly 450 people in Midtown Kansas City. The Church owns a 65,000 square foot building, eight rental properties on Main Street and Westport Road. These facilities and steady growth in attendance has led to a ministry that has grown faster than the systems supporting it. The Director of Operations builds and runs those systems—finances, facilities, and staff. This is the infrastructure beneath everything else we do, and when it works, most people will never see it. What they will see is a church that is focused and functioning: budgets that are clear, buildings that are ready to be used, and staff that are freed up to serve their ministry.
