Summary


We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join its growing team in Rutland, VT. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized rehabilitation services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and support from experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
• Establish patient-centered goals and monitor progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote patient recovery, functional independence, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Active Vermont Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy, rehabilitation, and patient care principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home care and individualized rehabilitation plans preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous outpatient or clinical experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship is provided.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options:
  
  • Five 8-hour shifts, or
  • Four 10-hour shifts, or
  • Other flexible arrangements
• Monday - Friday schedule
• No weekends
