Territory Manager

Territory Manager – Sales National Business Furniture (NBF) seeks a Territory Manager to own sales performance within an assigned territory and customer portfolio. The role focuses on growing revenue through customer relationship management, new business development, and consultative selling via phone, video, and email. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow existing accounts and win new business. Prospect consistently through lead qualification, networking, and referrals to maintain a strong sales pipeline. Engage customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions. Use a consultative sales approach to deliver value‑based presentations to key decision‑makers. Build strong product knowledge to recommend solutions and effectively position competitive advantages. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle—from qualification to close—while collaborating with internal partners when needed. Maintain accurate CRM records and a disciplined pipeline to ensure consistent deal progression. Stay informed on customer industries and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on margin dollars—no ceiling on earnings. Exceed monthly target and receive a performance bonus paid monthly. On‑Target Earnings: $80,000 – $110,000+ (Base salary + uncapped commission). Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably territory‑based or transactional inside sales. Strong phone presence with capability to handle volume, pace, and persistence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to juggle a high volume of customers and opportunities without losing detail. Self‑directed and competitive; sets a high personal standard. Nice to Have Experience in commercial furniture, interiors, or related industry. CRM proficiency—Salesforce experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Location & Schedule Based at our West Allis office with an in‑office schedule of Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Monday and Friday.
