Mission <\/b> : As a <\/span> CNO Expert Software Engineer <\/b> on our team, you will play a key role in developing advanced CNO capabilities that directly support national security. You'll work in a collaborative environment focused on solving complex technical challenges in support of our customer's most critical missions. <\/span>

Core Responsibilities: <\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

• Design and develop new hardware - or software -based CNO capabilities. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and network technologies. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Communicate project status with leadership and stakeholders. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure software engineering standards are consistently met. <\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

   
  <\/p>

  Minimum Qualifications <\/b><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • High School Diploma and 24+ years of technical work experience, or BS Degree in a technical discipline and 20+ years of technical work experience. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience in Python or C/C++ programming. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket -level programming. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience managing or leading development teams. <\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

     
    <\/p>

    Preferred Qualifications <\/b><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Experience developing CNO capabilities. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience in low -level internals in one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, mobile, or network devices). <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience with unit testing and test automation. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Understanding of assembly programming concepts. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible. <\/span>

      Physical Requirements <\/b><\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery. <\/span>
