Speech Therapist - Pediatric Outpatient Days page is loaded## Speech Therapist - Pediatric Outpatient Dayslocations: 932 W 34th St Freeman Hospital Easttime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Agojob requisition id: JR110056**Our Mission**To improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.**Schedule:** Fulltime (40hrs/week) Days**Therapy (PT/OT/ST)*** From infants to collegiate and professional athletes to senior citizens, Freeman therapists perform functional evaluations to develop and implement treatment plans for the best therapeutic outcomes for our patients* Services include Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy* Inpatient and outpatient services are available**What You’ll Do**Independently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers/documents care, and provides d/c planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff. Performs tasks in compliance with the professional code of ethics, standards of practice, state/national regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies/procedures.**Requirements** Licensed as a Speech Therapist in Missouri. Must already have or obtain CCC Designation within one year.
