Shipping And Receiving Clerk | 1st Shift | $21/hr
Do you have at least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift and processing shipping documents such as Bills of Lading? If so, this Shipping and Receiving Clerk opportunity could be a great fit for you!
Join a well-established juice manufacturing company that produces and distributes juice products to schools, assisted living facilities, correctional facilities, and other organizations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, cross-training, career growth, and a team-oriented work environment.
In this role, you'll help ensure products are accurately received, processed, and shipped to customers. You'll work closely with warehouse staff, vendors, and clients while supporting daily shipping and receiving operations.
Shipping And Receiving Clerk Duties:
- Load and unload trailers using a sit-down forklift
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory verification
- Pick orders and prepare shipments
- Process Bills of Lading, packing slips, and shipping/receiving paperwork
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding shipments and deliveries
Schedule:
- 1st Shift
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Shipping And Receiving Clerk Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
- At least 1 year of experience processing Bills of Lading and packing slips
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
