What You’ll Do E-file documents in both state and federal courts with accuracy and confidence. Draft, proofread, and finalize a wide range of legal documents with accuracy that holds up under deadline pressure. Manage and maintain electronic calendars including court-related and internal deadlines, Zoom meetings, and conference calls. Support attorneys by answering calls, responding to emails, and coordinating day-to-day case management. Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date case files and records. Identify and troubleshoot case-management issues proactively, bringing attorneys a clear summary and recommended path forward. Coordinate projects from inception to completion, tracking progress and communicating effectively with the team. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced litigation environment across a variety of matter types. Provide outstanding client service with professionalism and strong phone presence. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of your workload — self-directing between attorney touchpoints with confidence. What You Bring 5+ years of paralegal experience, with commercial litigation experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience e-filing in Texas state courts and federal courts (PACER/ECF). Accuracy under pressure — you produce clean, reliable work even when deadlines are tight and priorities shift. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Stellar organizational and multi-tasking skills — you keep every plate spinning without losing track of a single one. Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone and email presence. Ability to work on-site and perform effectively under deadline pressure. Self-directed work style — you take initiative without waiting to be told, manage your own priorities effectively, and know when to escalate to the attorney team. Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment where no two weeks are identical — you are charged by variety and time-sensitive demands, not slowed by them. Approaches work with objectivity and logic — able to set aside personal emotion to focus on what the matter requires. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
