Job Description The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities. Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including garbage disposal, floors, dusting countertops and work area. Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area – emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted vehicle parts, placing tools and equipment properly. Maintain parking lots and grounds clean, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary. Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs. Clean customer vehicles after repairs are complete. Transport customer vehicles to sub‑let locations for repairs. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Automotive experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements / Work Conditions Pulling, pushing, carrying, walking 5+ minutes; sitting/standing 5+ minutes. Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl 1+ minute. Operate motor vehicle. Lift up to 50 pounds. Work near moving mechanical parts. Skills & Abilities Customer service abilities. Positive attitude. Trustworthy and reliable. Willingness to learn.
