Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a high-performance management team.
• Recruit, train, and nurture talent for future opportunities.
• Manage daily operations to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and fun work culture aligned with Zaxby’s core values.
• Monitor business performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 45-55 hours per week.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and inspire team members.
• Experience in inventory and labor management.
