Clinical Nurse Manager Travel Staffing

Your future role at a glance Location: Remote - up to 50% travel across the below markets Facility: Will support hospital sites of care in Wisconsin, Indiana, Tennessee, Kansas, Texas or Florida market (must live within one of these markets) Department: Ascension Travel Schedule: Day Shift | Full Time Salary: $107,821-145,875 per year Eligible for annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role Lead clinical incident investigations in partnership with our site leadership, including performance concerns, medication errors, and sentinel events. Collaborate with the compliance department and serve as the clinical quality point of contact for client facility leadership. Review and validate candidate skills checklists and clinical certifications. Advise recruitment on clinical specialty and facility‑specific needs. Act as a clinical mentor, conduct site visits, and assist with clinical onboarding. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
