System AdministratorAs a System Administrator at CyberPoint, you will provide hands-on support for mission-critical systems, ensuring reliability, performance and operational continuity. You'll work across both user support and system administration functions, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues while contributing to system improvements and stability. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Linux and Windows environments who is comfortable troubleshooting, scripting and supporting a mix of infrastructure and end-user needs. We're committed to creating an environment where each employee can thrive.What You'll DoProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) support for initial issue identification and resolutionHandle Tier 2 escalations, troubleshooting more complex system and user issuesConfigure, manage and maintain Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systemsSupport Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022 environmentsPerform system updates, patching and maintenance to ensure performance and securityImplement system enhancements to improve reliability and operational efficiencyUtilize scripting (eg Bash) to automate routine system administration tasksSupport day-to-day IT operations across systems and usersCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and improve systemsThis position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance.
