Leasing Consultant: Close Leases & Delight Residents
RPM Living
RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations in an on-site office setting. You will manage tours, applications, deposits, and move-in paperwork while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company procedures. You will use our lead management software and collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to optimize occupancy and resident satisfaction.
