Job Description

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies that help them achieve their personal functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families effective therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing recovery at home
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients moving forward

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or additional certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
