Job Description
Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RADIUS RULE: TRAVELER MUST BE OUTSIDE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY - expires 8/28

13 week contract
Start: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hours
Primary location: Aspirus Wausau Hospital
Shift Requirements: 8 hour days start between 6 and 8am with occasional flexibility
Weekend: NA
Holiday call rotation: NA
On Call: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
Floating: May be required to float to Aspirus Merrill, Antigo, Medford or Stanley if needed
Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT(N) or CNMT.
(Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years
Education: Associates' degree
Charting Experience Requires: Epic and Merge PACS-facility will train
Experience: knowledge of doing SPECT/CT and/or PET/CT we will train, Siemens equipment experience a plus
Unit Specific Skillset: General Nuclear Medicine studies. Common exams-bone scan/renal, hida/gastric emptying/thyroid/lympho/cardiacs/parathyroid
equipment used and unit overview: Symbia Evo SPECT, Symbia Intevo SPECT/CT and Capintec Thyroid probe. Siemens Biograph Vision X PET/CT Scanner
