As a Store Manager at L'Occitane at The Shops at Chestnut Hill, you will serve as the perfect host, curating a one-of-a-kind and immersive experience for our guests. We value hearing from individuals who possess:

• Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment
• Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)
• Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
• Experience with clienteling advantageous
• Basic technology skills

The salary range for this position is $30.82 to $35.44 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
