Sitting outside the usual CPA/Consulting firm structure, our client is a one-of-a-kind advisory business, built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. They are owner/partner-managed and are NOT looking to take private equity investment. Given the tremendous growth of their forensic and valuations business over the last 12 months, they’re looking for someone to help build and grow their specialist disputes team. You’ll be given total freedom to build this business unit in the best way possible. Without the usual politics, rulebooks and limitations of a CPA firm setup, you’ll help create a unique offering for your clients. The firm places huge importance on rewarding rainmakers, so beyond salary and firm bonus, you’ll receive a percentage of all revenue generated.
