Project ManagerWe are looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate a field service project. This role is primarily focused on keeping the project organized and ensuring technicians and customers stay on schedule.Responsibilities:Coordinate technician schedules and daily activitiesManage shipments of project materials and equipmentContact customer sites to verify assets are available before scheduled workTrack project progress and maintain accurate recordsUpdate and manage information in SalesforceUse Excel to track schedules, shipments, and project statusCommunicate with internal teams and customers to keep projects movingRequirements:Strong organizational and communication skillsExperience using Microsoft Excel and SalesforceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentReliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focusedSchedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThis is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving scheduling challenges, and keeping projects on track.
