Grants Manager
Pisces Foundation - Hybrid | San Francisco, CA
The Grants Manager leads the Foundation’s grantmaking operations to drive impact and ensure compliance. The Grants Manager owns the Foundation’s grants management process, policies, systems, and tools. This role collaborates closely with the Program team and is a thought leader for the Foundation on grants process and best practices. The Grants Manager will lead a grants team of two that centralizes grants process work. This role manages a Grants Associate and reports to the Operations Director. Key Responsibilities Excellence & Effectiveness of Grantmaking Operations Compliance with Internal & External Policies Foundation Support & Internal Thought Leadership Workflow, Grant Budget, Learning & Evaluation Management & Support Data & Technology Management, Learning, & Collaboration Internal Relationships & Leadership Please submit your resume and cover letter expressing your interest in the position and fit for the role via the Become a Candidate button.
