Investment Associate | Venture Capital | Seed to Growth We are partnering with a high-performing venture capital firm to appoint an Investment Associate to join its growing investment team. This is a broad, high-impact opportunity for an ambitious investor who wants to work closely with the firm’s founder, identify exceptional technology businesses and support category-defining founders from Seed through to growth stage. The opportunity You will work across the full investment lifecycle, combining sourcing, investment execution, portfolio support and strategic special projects. Key responsibilities will include: Identifying and developing relationships with exceptional founders and emerging technology companies Supporting investment evaluation, due diligence and transaction execution across Seed, growth and later-stage opportunities Working on significant SPV co-investments alongside leading institutional LPs Developing new sourcing strategies and building proprietary deal flow Supporting portfolio companies with enterprise customer introductions and Fortune 500 commercial conversations Providing highly responsive, hands-on support to a select portfolio of high-potential founders Helping the investment team remain organised, informed and focused on the highest-value opportunities The individual We are looking for someone who is: Intellectually curious, commercially sharp and highly competitive Humble, hungry and willing to take ownership of any task Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment Able to build credibility with founders, investors and senior corporate stakeholders Exceptionally organised, responsive and detail-oriented Genuinely passionate about technology, venture capital and supporting ambitious founders This is not a narrowly defined investment role.
