Investment Associate

Madison Hunt is partnered with a Global Infrastructure Fund, supporting their San Francisco based team, looking to hire an Investment Associate for a near‑term start. The Investment Associate will play an integral role in supporting the Global Infrastructure & Real Assets Investment team across all stages of the investment lifecycle. This position will contribute to transaction execution, including GP‑led secondaries, LP portfolio secondaries, co‑investments, and primary fund investments, as well as portfolio management and strategic initiatives that support the continued growth of the team and broader platform. Qualifications & Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and real assets investing, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or a related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate key performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take ownership of work, and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, transaction‑oriented setting while delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines. Highly motivated, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive results independently. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including General Partners, clients, brokers, consultants, and management teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility and willingness to travel as business needs require. #J-18808-Ljbffr
