Supervisor Customer Service

Abbott seeks a Supervisor Customer Service to lead operations within the Customer Service department at its Temecula, California vascular devices facility. The role involves supervising staff, implementing service processes, maintaining compliance, and fostering positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement staffing plans, identify resource needs, and coordinate hiring in collaboration with Human Resources
- Develop and coach direct reports through performance assessments, training, and formal reviews
- Create work schedules balancing priorities, workload, and quality standards
- Ensure departmental compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation requirements
- Engage with internal and external customers to maintain service levels and positive business relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Ability to supervise nonexempt employees and manage departmental budgets
- Experience developing work processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of quality system environments and regulatory compliance
Compensation: $61,300.00 – $122,700.00 base
