Call center rep

Do you have experience managing the busy schedules of healthcare providers in the healthcare industry? We are seeking a tech-savvy individual who can handle the fast pace of managing multiple providers' schedules across multiple clinics. A background in healthcare is required. This position is also responsible for communicating benefits/fees to patients, setting appointments and verifying insurance coverage. It requires a self-starter who is organized and a great team player. Organization is a must as multitasking happens daily. $18/hour Temp to hire

salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage virtual therapists' daily schedules and facilitate Zoom meetings
• Patient intake
• Insurance verification - commercial and Medicare/Medicaid
• Answering patient questions about services and fees, documenting each patient interaction
• Candidates must be local to middle Tennessee as several weeks of onsite training are required
