12-hour day/night rotating shifts with weekends as scheduled. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong Med/Surg background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a variety of patients, including those with complex diagnoses. Our unit provides a supportive environment with a focus on patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg unit. Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders. Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Document patient care and medical information accurately in the EMR system. Assist with patient education regarding treatment plans and procedures. Float to other units as needed to provide additional support and care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN License. BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
