Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Board Certification as an FNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent
• Primary care experience required
• Experience serving Medicaid, underserved, behavioral health, or medically complex patient populations strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and care management skills
• Commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care
