A fast-growing Architecture, Engineering, and Design firm is seeking a highly organized and responsive Field Services Coordinator to support urgent field operations, construction issue resolution, and rapid-response project coordination throughout Florida.
 
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction coordination, inspections, engineering support, or project management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex field challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Field Coordination

• Serve as a primary point of contact for urgent field requests and support needs
• Coordinate with builders, contractors, inspectors, project managers, municipalities, and owners
• Maintain fast response times for RFIs and active field issues
• Provide clients with timely updates and resolution tracking

 
Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Coordinate RFIs involving:
  • Code compliance
  • Structural concerns
  • Construction standards
  • Field conditions
• Work closely with internal engineering and architectural teams to expedite solutions
• Track open requests and ensure timely completion

Field Repair & Inspection Support

• Coordinate repair specifications and structural review requests
• Schedule site visits, construction observations, inspections, and testing services
• Assist with collecting:
  • Photos
  • Measurements
  • Sketches
  • Reports
  • Contractor documentation

Construction Support Services
Assist with:

• Structural permit challenges
• Inspector comments and corrections
• Missed inspection evaluations
• Non-destructive testing coordination
• Warranty investigations
• Damaged building assessments

Help facilitate rapid-response solutions that minimize project delays and keep construction moving forward.
 
Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, inspections, project coordination, or related industries preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Knowledge of Florida building codes and construction processes preferred
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally to project sites as needed
