The Express Service lane is where many guests have their most frequent interaction with the dealership -- oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and multi-point inspections that keep their vehicles running and their trust in the store intact. The Express Service Advisor is the face of that experience: efficient, communicative, and genuinely focused on making each visit fast and professional.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests in the express lane and manage their service visit from write-up through vehicle return -- keeping the process moving efficiently and communication clear throughout

• Accurately document guest concerns, vehicle information, and requested services on repair orders

• Communicate multi-point inspection findings to guests -- presenting maintenance recommendations clearly and honestly without pressure

• Coordinate with express technicians to monitor repair progress, manage queue flow, and ensure timely vehicle completion

• Set and meet realistic time expectations with guests -- and proactively communicate any delays before they become surprises

• Process payments accurately and ensure guests leave with a clear understanding of the work performed

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold documentation standards for all express repair orders

What We're Looking For

• Guest-facing experience in automotive service, hospitality, retail, or a comparable fast-paced customer service environment -- required

• Automotive service advisor or express lane experience a strong plus -- not required for candidates with strong guest communication skills and the ability to learn service processes quickly

• Clear, efficient communicator -- guests in the express lane are often time-constrained and expect a fast, professional interaction from start to finish

• Organized and accurate under pace -- express service moves quickly and repair order documentation needs to be right every time

• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them -- prior experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK a plus

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
