Are you a hungry, high-energy individual looking to grow in the world of financial sales? We are looking for motivated "go-getters" who want to develop a lucrative career path. As an  Inside Sales- Personal Loan Consultant , you will receive hands-on coaching and mentorship while helping everyday people find the financial solutions they need. 

Work from home/hybrid:

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market. Candidates for this role are required to live in Arizona and have the ability to come into our Tempe, AZ office for a duration of training, then transitioning to hybrid. 

Start Date: October 12th, 2026

Shift(s): Monday-Friday

Hours: An 8-hour shift between the business hours of 6:00am-8:00pm PST

Total Compensation: $70,000- $75,000+ per year ( This includes a Base Hourly + Uncapped Monthly Commission + Incentives)

What you’ll do:

• Educate and Influence: Develop your sales skills to influence and guide prospects through the loan application process, aiming to facilitate a short sales cycle.
• Master the Pipeline: Manage a pipeline of active transactions, collect documents and move applications through underwriting with speed and precision.
• Connect with Purpose: Contact a high volume of warm leads via phone and email to identify customer pain points and explain how our personal loan product provides relief.
• Meet and Exceed Goals:  Pace daily to meet weekly and monthly goals while building your skills and maximize your income potential.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Foundational Experience: 1+ years of recent experience in an inside sales position or similar fast-paced call center environment (Personal loans, Cellular sales, retention, collections, etc.)
• Drive: You are highly motivated by a commission-driven environment and are looking for a role where your paycheck reflects your effort.
• Coachability: An eagerness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve your sales pitch.
• Tech Literacy: Ability to learn CRM tools like Salesforce quickly while maintaining a professional, high-energy conversation.
• Flexibility: Ability to come into the office for a duration of training. 
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
