Product Manager

For our Client, an internationally present provider of automation, energy management and measurement systems solutions of European origins, we are currently seeking an expert in the field of BESS technology. This role is dedicated to engineers with deep understanding of the technologies behind ESS, with a drive to take a crucial part in the development of a strategic business line. Our Client is currently developing its BESS business line, acting as an integrator for battery systems and providing engineering, technology, and commercial solutions for industrial clients. In this role you will act as a key decision maker and competence center for all BESS-related issues within the organization. Responsibilities Choice of technology and suppliers Act as a competence center for all BESS-related topics Network on the BESS market (conferences, fairs, universities, R&D centers) Provide technical, technological and regulatory support in product creation Monitor legislative and regulatory changes Provide technological support on projects Provisions of internal trainings Input for internal procedures and processes Qualifications Deep understanding of technologies used in ESS Practical knowledge of BESS, EMS, PCS, BMS Higher education in a relevant field (a PhD is an asset) Experience with 50+ kVA battery storages Engineering experience on industrial projects is an asset Experience working with electrical schemes Fluent in English, with a fully communicative level in Polish Driving license #J-18808-Ljbffr
