Senior Product Manager - AI

This role offers the opportunity to shape the adoption and success of enterprise AI products in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will lead initiatives that transform emerging AI capabilities into trusted, measurable solutions used by customers at scale. Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams, you will connect customer needs with product strategy. You will define adoption frameworks, optimize AI experiences, and ensure new capabilities deliver meaningful business outcomes. The role combines strategic product leadership, customer engagement, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on collaboration. You will help build the future of enterprise AI by improving how organizations leverage intelligent tools and automation. Accountabilities The Senior Product Manager - AI will own the strategy, adoption, optimization, and value realization of AI-powered products. This role requires a customer-focused product leader who can translate AI innovation into practical business impact, align cross-functional teams, and establish scalable approaches for enterprise adoption. Own the end-to-end AI adoption and customer value strategy, ensuring AI capabilities evolve from initial launch into scalable, repeatable customer solutions. Define adoption goals, success metrics, product health indicators, and value realization frameworks alongside product and business stakeholders. Partner directly with strategic customers to understand workflows, identify adoption barriers, validate solutions, and gather insights that influence product priorities. Represent customer needs in roadmap discussions by analyzing usage data, feedback, support trends, and market signals. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to improve AI product usability, trust, performance, scalability, security, and overall customer experience. Support AI product launches by creating adoption plans, enablement resources, messaging, FAQs, and internal readiness materials. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to improve customer onboarding, deployment, engagement, and long-term success. Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating product progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Stay current with enterprise AI trends, including generative AI, autonomous agents, AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices. Establish repeatable product practices around AI validation, adoption planning, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, AI-enabled products, customer adoption, and cross-functional execution. You should be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments and translating emerging technologies into measurable customer outcomes. 8–10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Product Management roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, or data-driven products. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience owning product strategy, execution, adoption, optimization, and value realization for complex products. Strong understanding of AI concepts such as generative AI, autonomous agents, AI evaluations, enterprise AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI practices. Experience managing products after launch, including adoption measurement, customer feedback analysis, iteration, and scaling. Demonstrated ability to work directly with enterprise customers and convert insights into actionable product decisions. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using prioritization frameworks such as RICE, ROI analysis, or Value vs. Effort. Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams. Experience leading beta programs, early access initiatives, design partnerships, pilots, or strategic customer adoption programs is preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, analytics platforms, or similar solutions. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences. Strong understanding of enterprise software development processes and customer-focused product practices. Benefits Competitive base salary range of CAD $125,000 – $164,200 annually.
