Head of Product Design

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specialising in mental health. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps to help people achieve happiness and overall well-being, and we’re doing it with AI at the core. We’re looking for a Head of Product Design to lead our design team. This is a demanding role with high impact on what the company builds and how. About this role We expect the person in this role to bring deep expertise in behavioral design, product, strategy, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership plus the ability to operate at both executive and hands‑on levels. You’ll be the company’s strongest voice for behavioral design across all product initiatives. In this role you’ll manage a team of 3 designers directly and oversee the product solutions across the company. You’ll lead design solutions across two tracks—Core and AI—and own the design strategy for the company. You’ll report to the VP of Product and partner directly with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership.
