Architect the systems and set the technical direction behind arrivia's travel platform, and drive engineering standards across teams with wide latitude on how you get there. You'll shape how the whole org adopts agentic development practices, using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as the baseline, not the exception, onsite at arrivia's Phoenix headquarters.

Operating with limited oversight and broad organizational scope, you'll drive the adoption and standardization of agentic coding tools across engineering teams, establishing best practices, prompt libraries, and workflows that amplify developer productivity organization-wide. You'll architect Model Context Protocol integrations that connect AI agents to internal tools and platform services, defining the strategic blueprint for agent capabilities across the development lifecycle, and you'll mentor engineers across teams on effective use of AI-assisted development. This role is based onsite at arrivia's Phoenix, AZ headquarters.

The estimated salary range for this role is $139,000-$287,000 annually, based on Provn's market benchmarking.
