Full time and part time LPN positions available at Oak Hill Manor a 60 bed long term care facility in Ithaca

Responsibilities include:

• Passing of Medications,

• providing treatments

• Following the plan of care

• Working collaboratively with the members of the Inter-Disciplinary-Team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.

Hours / Shifts Available:  

• Full Time & Part-time schedules

• Shifts: Days & Nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications: 

• Must have an NY State LPN license in good standing 

• Must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated (including Booster) 

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
