Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring for CNC Operators in Sterling Heights, MI. As a CNC Operator for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive stamping facility in all areas including:

• 2-3 years CNC Loading Experience
• Preforming coil changes
• Make offsets/changes and program changeover
• Advanced knowledge of machining fundamentals; turning and milling is Required
• Troubleshoot on the CNC horizontal and vertical mill, lathe and perform setups and tool changes
• Keeping pace with production needs
• Willingness to be cross trained on various processes, machines, and products.

Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is required! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $17.00-$17.85 per hour. Generous referral and attendance bonuses are available. Available shifts:1st shift (5am-3:30pm)2nd shift (4pm-2:30am) Overtime is available weekly
