Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation. Prepare and process weekly or monthly payment runs. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries. Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience. Experience with ERP or accounting software systems.
