Transform business data needs into data products—turnanalytical insights into productized solutions and address requirementsthrough systems and platforms. Respond promptly to the data requests of various businessunits, analyze requirements, and develop appropriate reporting and systemplans. Partner with data engineers to build the Data Platform,grounded in a deep understanding of business and user data needs. Comprehend the data fundamentals and logic behind theplatform and promote its application across business teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Statistics orMathematics is a plus. Minimum 5 years of working experience. Passionateabout data analysis, with strong product thinking and project managementcapabilities. Experience in e-commerce or retail industry preferred. Experience in using AI tools in daily work is preferred. Proficient in MySQL and Tableau; experience with Python isa plus. Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem‑solvingskills; proactive, detail‑oriented, and patient. Excellent communication and coordination skills with acollaborative mindset.
